Welcome to SHREE MADHIPRIYA TOUR & TRAVELS. By booking any of our tours, travel products or services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. This agreement governs the relationship between the “Client” and SHREE MADHIPRIYA TOUR & TRAVELS, located at the address shown at the end of the Page.

1. Booking Policy

• All bookings must be made through our official website, reservation office, or authorized representatives only.
• A minimum advance payment (as displayed at time of booking) is required to confirm reservations. The remaining balance must be paid prior to departure unless otherwise confirmed in writing.
• Failure to pay within the specified timeline may lead to automatic cancellation without notice.

2. Pricing and Inclusions

Prices are quoted per person and usually assume twin-sharing accommodation unless explicitly stated otherwise. Each package’s inclusions are listed in its itinerary — only those items are included in the package price.

• Any optional services, room upgrades, supplemental activities, meals not listed, or extras are charged separately.
• Package prices are subject to change due to governmental taxes, fuel surcharges, or currency fluctuations until full payment is received.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing or via email to our bookings department.

1. Booking Cancelled on or before 30 days of arrival: Nil cancellation.
2. Booking Cancelled in between 30 to 15 days of arrival: 50% retention charge & 50% refund.
3. Booking Cancelled on or within 15 days of arrival: Nil refund.
4. Any booking for peak season (15 Dec to 15 Jan): Nil refund.

In case of any unexpected bad weather condition or due to cancellation of ferry or helicopter or sea plane to Havelock or any other island, an equivalent hotel will be provided at Port Blair with additional cost.

No refund will be made for unused room night.

4. Travel Documents

• All travelers must carry valid government-issued photo identification and any required permits or passes for travel to Andaman destinations.
• SHREE MADHIPRIYA TOUR & TRAVELS is not responsible for denied boarding, entry, or travel due to invalid or incomplete documentation.

5. Changes and Modifications

Itineraries, hotels, routes or transport may be altered where necessary due to weather, local restrictions, supplier changes, or reasons beyond our control. We will endeavour to provide an equivalent or superior service but cannot guarantee the exact services shown in the itinerary.

6. Liability

SHREE MADHIPRIYA TOUR & TRAVELS acts as an agent for independent suppliers (hotels, carriers, guides, activity providers). We do not accept liability for injury, damage, loss, delay or irregularity caused by these third parties. Clients are responsible for the safety and security of their personal belongings.

7. Health & Safety

• Travelers should be in good health and disclose any medical conditions prior to travel.
• We are not liable for medical incidents, and clients are encouraged to have appropriate travel insurance.
• Adventure activities (e.g. scuba diving, snorkeling, trekking) are undertaken at the participant’s own risk; operator-specific waivers or medical checks may be required.

8. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for failure to perform any obligation where such failure is due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, epidemics/pandemics, strikes, government directives, civil unrest, severe weather, or transport failures. In such cases we will endeavour to offer alternatives but may not be able to provide refunds for supplier-imposed charges.

9. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with bookings or services provided by SHREE MADHIPRIYA TOUR & TRAVELS shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Port Blair, Andaman and Nicobar Islands.
